Giza Criminal Court will retry on Thursday Muslim Brotherhood (MB) senior figure, Mahmoud Ghozlan in the publicly known case of ‘Rabiaa Control Room', Al-Bawaba News reported Wednesday. The defendant was accused of establishing and funding an organization based upon anti-regime principles, inciting against security personnel, spread of chaos and possessing of unlicensed communication devices. In April, Ghozlan received death sentence in absentia, but he was arrested in June when he, later, appealed to court against its ruling.
