Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sameh Shoukry will participate Sunday in an international conference over crises in neighboring Libya in the Italian capital of Rome, Al-Bawaba News reported. Italy and the United States called for a conference in Rome to push the Libyan parties to sign an agreement on the formation of a national unity government to confront Islamic State (IS) jihadist group. Last month, Shoukry stressed during his speech at the 7th ministerial meeting of Libya's neighboring countries on the importance of cooperating to reach a political agreement in Libya.
