Ismailia Criminal Court resumes Sunday the trial of supreme guide of the Muslim Brotherhood group (MB), Mohamed Badie and other 104 persons, in the case publicly known as "Ismailia Incidents", Al-Bawaba News reported. The defendants face charges of assaulting the Ismailia Governorate building in July 2013, and killing a number of police personnel in coincidence with the dispersal of Raba'a and el-Nahda MB sit-ins, the sources added. On May 17, 2015, more than 123 MB elements including Badie and ousted president Mohamed Morsi were sentenced to death over crimes of espionage and prison break.
