President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi met Tuesday Gabon's Foreign Minister Emmanuel Issoze-Ngondet in Cairo to discuss a number of regional and international issues, Al Bawaba News reported. During the meeting, Ngondet praised the role played by Egypt's role in Africa, stressing his country's aspiration to boost bilateral relations with Egypt in various fields, congratulating Egypt for winning United Nations Security Council non-permanent seat. On his part, Sisi expressed his appreciation for the participation of Gabon's President, Ali Bongo in the opening ceremony of the new Suez Canal, praising Gabon's economic and social development. Sisi invited Gabon's President to visit Egypt in order to discuss of boosting bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as discussing a number of regional and international issues.
