Egypt's President, Abd Al Fattah Al Sisi received Wednesday, Sir Kim Daruk, British Prime Minister adviser on national security affairs, Al Bawaba News reported. The meeting was attended by Ambassador Fayza Abo Alnaga, Egyptian Presidential adviser on national security affairs, and the British Ambassador in Cairo, John Cason. Egyptian Presidency spokesperson, Alaa Youssef announced that Daruk transferred to the President the greetings and appreciation of the British Prime Minister, David Cameron and his aspiration to strengthen bilateral relations with Egypt in various fields enhancing coordination on Middle East issues in addition to the fight against terrorism. Daruk also transferred to the president Cameron's invitation to visit Britain to continue consultation and coordination on bilateral ties and regional issues. Al Sisi welcomed Cameron's invitation, expressing desires to discuss with Cameron means to strengthen bilateral relations and to exchange views on many regional and international issues of common concern. Al Sisi also invited the British Prime Minister to attend the opening ceremony of the new Suez Canal project, scheduled for in Aug., 2015.
