Spokesman for High Elections Committee (HEC), Omar Marwan announced Tuesday in a press conference that four violations of first phase of parliamentary elections run-off round have been recorded. Marwan revealed that Alexandria, Assiut, Aswan and Giza have all witnessed violations during the electoral process, which amounted to four violations, Al Bawaba News reported. He stressed that the electoral process in 12559 HEC's sub-committees are going positively so far, adding that the total of appeals, which saw a judicial rule in favor of the state reached 367. Furthermore, he revealed that the number of Egyptians living abroad who casted their votes exceeded 14 thousand voters, pointing out that Kuwait is the country with most votes of the Egyptians living abroad.
