Egypt military kills 3, arrests 8 in N. Sinai

Egyptian army killed Thursday three terrorists and arrested eight others in a security crackdown over takfiri hotbeds in Sheikh Zuwaid and Rafah, North Sinai, sources said.
The sources added 26 motorbikes with no plates were destroyed during the crackdown.
Since the ouster of former president Mohamed Morsi, July 2013, a string of deadly attacks have been carried out against military and police personnel, mostly in the restive Sinai Peninsula.
