Egypt military kills three, arrests eight in N. Sinai

Egyptian military sources said Friday three terrorists were killed and eight others were arrested in a security crackdown over takfiri hotbeds in Sheikh Zuwaid and Rafah, North Sinai, al-Bawaba News reported.
The sources added 26 motorbikes with no plates were destroyed during the crackdown.
Since the ouster of former president Mohamed Morsi, July 2013, a string of deadly attacks have been carried out against military and police personnel, mostly in the restive Sinai Peninsula.
