Minister of Culture inaugurates ‘Suez Canal Exhibition' on Sunday

Minister of Culture, Abdul Wahid Al Nabawy will inaugurate Sunday evening an exhibition on Suez Canal Opera House's Square in Cairo, Al Bawaba News reported Saturday.
The exhibition, which comes within the framework of the ministry's participation in celebrating the inauguration of the New Suez Canal, will display contemporary artistic works on the past, present and future of the canal.
It witnessed a large turnout of artists, as the ministry received several requests of participation in the exhibition, according to ministry's head of contemporary art sector, Hamdi Abo Al Maati.
Al Maati added that the exhibition runs until the 30th of September and during that time, the ministry will organize a number of artistic and cultural events and activities related to the exhibition.
