The Egyptian authorities have opened the Rafah crossing borders in both directions Monday to make path for the humanitarian cases in the Gaza Strip and for those stranded on the Egyptian side, Al-Bawaba Newspaper reported. Director of the Palestinian Rafah boarders, Khaled al-Shaer, Stated that dozens of humanitarian cases started leaving the sector this morning in conjunction with the influx of those stranded on the Egyptian side. The only ones permitted to travel are the students, patients and those with an accommodation and foreign passports. The Egyptian authorities had informed the Palestinian borders of its decision to open the crossing borders in both directions for 4 days starting Monday, until next Thursday.
