Two explosive improvised devices (IED) exploded Sunday in Beheira government's Damanhour city with no casualties reported, Al-Bawaba News reported. Bomb disposal experts intensified their presence immediately in the blast scene to scan the area for other potential threats. Security officials said that the IEDs targeted two water lines in the city, pointing out that the line's water pipes were completely destroyed in the explosion. Egypt has been hit by a string of deadly blasts claiming hundreds of lives, mostly among security personnel since the ousting of former president Mohamed Morsi in July 2013.
