The Kremlin confirmed on Friday that it is currently coordinating between Russia and Egypt through diplomatic channels, to prepare a new meeting between President Vladimir Putin and his counterpart Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, al-Bawaba reported. Spokesman for the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov said: "coordination is underway through diplomatic channels to study various dates to hold the summit meeting," according to RT. He stressed that the dialogue between the Russian and Egyptian presidents usually is full of topics. Also, he added that the announcement of the date and place where the meeting will take place, will be after the completion of the coordination between the two sides concerning all the details of the upcoming talks. Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi inaugurated the new Suez Canal on Thursday. The project was praised by a large number of economic and investment experts who described it as a turning point in Egypt's economy. The event was attended by a large number of world leaders.
