Egypt's Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab signed Tuesday contracts of a number of development projects with the UAE, Al-Bawaba News reported. The signing ceremony was attended by Emirati Minister of State and head of Coordinating Office for UAE's development projects in Egypt, Sultan Ahmed Al-Jaber, as well as a number of Egyptian and Emirati ministers, and the UAE ambassador to Egypt. Al-Jaber stated that digging the new Suez Canal in such record time reflects the strategic vision of President Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi in boosting Egypt's role in world economy. The relations between Egypt and UAE is based on brotherhood principles and we will always support Egypt," Al Jaber said, adding that UAE will implement projects in all fields, including energy, housing, education, professional trainings, health care and transportation.
