The Cairo Criminal Court decided Saturday to schedule the sentence issuing against Mohamed Zawahri, the brother of Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Zawahri, and 67 others, on August 10, according to Al Bawaba News. Defendants face charges of forming a terrorist cell in the case publicly known as "Al-Zawahri cell." The investigations revealed that the defendants pose a serious threat against the national security, since they established a terrorist organization seeking to overthrow the Egyptian regime. The defendants are also accused of attacking military and police personnel, churches, and committing terrorist acts to spread chaos in the country.
