Hollande to attend new Suez Canal inauguration

French president Francoise Hollande highly lauded the inauguration of the new Suez Canal due Aug. 6, Al Bawaba News reported Thursday.
Hollande, who will attend the inauguration ceremony as an honorary guest, said the new canal will be economically important for Egypt and the whole world.
According to local observers, Hollande's visit will be a good chance to discuss regional and global issues of joint concern.
