Cairo Criminal Court heard Tuesday the statement of the prosecution's first witness in the trial of ousted president Mohamed Morsi, who is accused of spying and leaking sensitive documents regarding the state to Qatar, Al Bawaba News reported. Morsi and Supreme guide of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) terrorist group, Mohamed Badie are charged with spying on Egypt in favor of Qatar and leaking sensitive information and data issued by the state's sovereign authorities to the presidential institution. The witness revealed that the terrorist group is in fact an international organization that has a lot of branches across the world, but does not have a particular headquarter, stressing that Badie is the leader of the organization. The defendant has transported sensitive information and data on the state from the places where they have been saved in the presidential headquarters to outside the building.
