Giza criminal court on Saturday sentenced a Muslim Brotherhood (MB) affiliate in absentia to death and another to life over terror-related charges, judicial sources said. Mohamed Badawy and Mahmud Fathi, fugitives, were found guilty for forming a terrorist cell and possessing explosives to assault vital institutions, the sources added. The MB group was listed terrorist in Sept. 2013 following a string of deadly blasts targeting police personnel and civilians, mostly in the Sinai Peninsula.
