Iraqi Prime Minister, Haider Al Abadi accused Saturday Turkey of facilitating the flow of foreign fighters to the Islamic State (IS), Al Bawaba newspaper reported. This came during Al Abadi's speech at a conference on the first anniversary of forming the popular mobilization forces. Al Abadi also accused some neighboring countries of supporting terrorism. He stressed that the flow of foreign fighters through Turkey and some neighboring countries that support terrorism does not pose a threat to Iraq only, but also to the region and world. He added that his government is planning to the period of post-expulsion of IS militants from Iraq at the hands of the popular mobilization forces, which are funded and supplied with weapons by the government.
