Iraq's Prime Minister, Haider Abbady called on the international community to further support his country in its war against terrorist organizations, Al Bawaba News reported Sunday. Iraqi government exerted great efforts to return the displaced citizens to the liberated towns and to rebuild the country's damaged infrastructure, Abbady said Sunday during a meeting with British Foreign Minister, Philip Hamond in Baghdad. "International military backing would be of paramount importance in fights against Islamic State (IS) militias currently ongoing in many provinces, particularly in Anbar , Ninawa and Saladin," Mr. Abbady said. Mr. Hamond, for his part, hailed Abbady's government's achievements, stressing on British support for Iraq in all fields.
