Cairo Criminal Court resumes Thursday the trial of ousted president, Mohamed Morsi and 10 other co-defendants in the espionage case, Al Bawaba News reported. The court is scheduled to unseal the prosecution evidences during this session. The defendants face charges of leaking top secret military reports pertaining to Egypt's Intelligence Authority and Armed Forces, to a foreign country, namely Qatar. Cairo Criminal Court will resume on Thursday the trial of 17 journalists in the case known as the "Marriott Cell", Al Bawaba News reported. The defendants face charges of joining an illegal organization seeking to destabilize the country, threatening security and social peace, and broadcasting false news on Qatar's Al Jazeera satellite channel.
