Cairo Criminal Court resumes Tuesday the trial of 15 defendants of Cabinet incidents, Al Bawaba News reported. The same court will resume the trial of Mohamed Al Zawahri, AQ leader, Ayman Al Zawahri's brother and 67 co-defendants in the case publicly known as 'Al Zawahri cell', Al Bawaba News reported. The defendants face charges of forming a terrorist group affiliated with Al Qaeda, assaulting policemen, civilians and public property as well as endangering the safety and unity of the society. Cairo criminal court will consider Tuesday the trial of 104 defendants, accused of committing violence at Boulak and Sabteya areas following the dispersal of Rabaa and Nahda sit-ins, which led to the death of 6 persons and injuring dozens others.
