IS executes 20 of its Kurdish militants in Iraq

Islamic State (IS) executed 20 of its own Kurdish fighters in the Iraqi city of Mosul, Al Bawaba News reported Sunday.
Local residents said that IS had executed the militants after they refused to fight against the Kurdish Peshmerga forces, adding that a Kurdish leader was among the executed militants.
Mosul is Iraq's second largest city, currently the largest city under IS control.
