Egypt's police have intensified security measures at Koum Oshem village, on the Cairo-Faiyum road, where an electricity pylon has been bombed early on Thursday, Youm7 news reported. Unidentified assailants had planted explosive devices near the pylon, resulting in power outage at the surrounding area. No casualties have been reported, security sources said. Civil defense forces have combed the crime scene,searching for more planted bombs.
