President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi is eager to hold the Parliamentary elections as soon as possible, deputy head of the Reform and Development Party (RDP), Khalid Heikal told Al Bawaba News on Monday. Heikal said, "The main challenge is to issue the final draft of the electoral law. We have also divisions related to the elections date." He stressed that the government could face pressure not only from the political parties but also from the ordinary citizens if it neglected the parliamentary elections after passing the current challenges.
