Wilayat Sinai claims responsibility for Sheikh Zuwaid attack

Wilayat Sinai group, affiliated with Islamic State (IS), claimed Sunday its responsibility for a terrorist attack targeted a military vehicle in Sheikh Zuwaid, North Sinai, that killed five soldiers and injured others, Al Bawaba News reported.
Since September 2013, the Egyptian army has been carrying out an ongoing military campaign against Wilayat Sinai after it had claimed its responsibility for several attacks targeting military and security personnel.
