Ahmed Al-Mohamadi's magnificent performances for Hull City continued as he played a starring role in his team's 2-1 win over Ipswich at home. Hull City were 1-0 down when Al-Mohamadi popped up with two outstanding assists for Proschwitz in the final 15 minutes to claim all three points. In the 75th minute Al-Mohamadi used his trickery to skip past his marker in a delightful style and sent a low cross inside the six-yard box leaving Proschwitz with an easy task to equalise for Hull. In dramatic fashion and in the 94th minute exactly Al-Mohamadi was the supplier once again when his superb cross found Proschwitz who headed it in to win it for Al-Mohamadi's side. Al-Mohamadi has been a revelation since he moved to Hull City on loan from Sunderland, said the English commentator on the Press channel in England after the game. Two wins in a row take Hull to sixth place. Still in England, Adam Al-Abd's Brighton suffered a home defeat at the hands of Middleborough. Al-Abd played for 69 minutes and had a very good game at the back as he managed to limit the threat of his marker until he got substituted as his team searched for an equaliser that never arrived. After a bright start in the league this season, Brighton suffered two defeats and two draws in the last four games which leave them in eighth place now. After two straight losses, Mido's Barnsley returned back to winning ways as they defeated Charlton Athletic away from home by a single goal to nothing. Our Egyptian star is still recovering from his long-term injury so he wasn't available for the game but reports indicate that he might be back on the pitch in two or three weeks so let's hope so. The win takes Barnsley to 17th place. Leaving England and moving to Switzerland, our young pharaoh Mohamed Salah suffered with his team a surprising away loss at the hands of Luzern. The gamed which ended 1-0, saw Salah starting on the bench and coming on in the 57th minute. Salah had a very positive cameo as he injected some pace and trickery in his side and even managed to find the net only for the linesman to rule it offside. Basel remains in fourth spot. Moving to Belgium, Lierse continued their below mediocre start to the season as they once again were defeated at home 1-0 against Sporting Charleroi. No Egyptians featured for Lierse in this game as Ahmed Samir Farag is injured while Ahmed Said Okka returned from injury but only found a place on the bench whilst Dodi Al-Gabbas was not selected for the game for undeclared reasons. The loss takes Lierse to 14th spot out of 16 teams. In Turkey, it was more of the same as Amr Zaki's Elazigspor drew 2-2 away from home against Orduspor. Elazigspor, who's yet to win a league game this season, threw away a 2-0 lead to go back home with just one point. Zaki was not selected for the game probably due to injury. Elazigspor stays at the bottom. In Italy, Ahmed Hegazi's Fiorentina drew 1-1 with Chievo away from home. As we know by now, Hegazi did not see action and stayed on the bench for the entire game as he still awaits his chance to show what he can do. Fiorentina stays in sixth place after the draw. Leaving Europe and moving to the UAE, Shikabala continued his magical shows with his new team El Wasl as he guided them to a 2-0 win over Ajman. Shikabala scored his side's second goal in astonishing fashion as he sent an unstoppable shot in the top corner to seal the win for his team. As usual and apart from his goal, Shika was outstanding throughout the whole 90 minutes and was simply a joy to watch. El Wasl move up to fourth place after the win. Mohamed Zidan's Banni Yas sustained their good run of form and won their third game in a row as they defeated El Shaab 4-2 at home. Zizou is still out with a thigh injury but hopefully he'll return to help his team soon. Banni Yas moves to third place after the win. ARAB AND AFRICAN: In France, Moroccan magician Younes Belhanda scored a consolation goal for Montpellier as they went down 2-1 at the hands of Rennes. In Spain, once again Moroccan star Youssef Al-Arabi scored a consolation goal for Granada as they lost 2-1 against Real Zaragoza away from home. Still in Spain, Ghanaian midfielder Michael Essien played a great game as Ream Madrid beat Celta Vigo 2-0. Former Manchester United and current Real Valladolid striker Manucho scored a goal and saw the red card as his side lost 2-1 against Malaga away from home. In England, West Ham's Malian Striker Maiga scored the fourth goal as he helped his side beat Southampton 4-1 at home. In London, QPR's Moroccan superstar Adel Taarabt had a magnificent game as his side drew 1-1 at home against Everton. In Russia, Anzhi's Lacina Traore scored the first goal for his team as they beat Spartak Moscow 2-1 at home. In Germany, Algerian star Krim Matmour scored his side's first goal as they beat Hannover 3-1 at home.
