The Photographic Gallery The American University in Cairo, New Cairo Campus, Abdul Latif Jameel Hall, Plaza Level, Tel 2615 3318 "Egypt Stereoviews: Underwood & Underwood", exhibition is organised by the gallery in cooperation with the AUC Rare Books and Special Collections Library. Stereoview (also called stereoscope or stereograph) is one of many techniques for creating or enhancing the illusion of three-dimensional depth from given two-dimensional images when viewed with stereoviewers. This exhibition is a unique interactive experience where the viewer has the opportunity to see these historical images in 3D through a stereoviewer box and anaglyph eyeglasses (Closing12 November).
