Egypt's Kahraba scores again to lead Luzern to Swiss league win Mahmoud Kahraba continues his impressive start to the season with third goal in as many games as Luzern edge past Lausanne in the Swiss league
Egypt's promising midfielder Mahmoud Kahraba scored his third goal in as many games as Luzern claimed a 1-0 victory over Lausanne in the Swiss league on Saturday. Kahraba, a talented attacking midfielder, needed seven minutes to net what proved to be the winner. The 19-year-old gathered a short headed pass by a Lausanne defender to find the net on the second attempt after his initial shot was parried by the keeper. He also scored in his first two matches with Luzern - a 2-0 victory over Zurich and a 1-1 draw with Young Boys. Kahraba was part of Egypt's squad for the Ghana clash in the first leg of the World Cup qualifying playoff. However, he was kept on the bench as the Pharaohs were hammered 6-1 in Kumasi.
