Egypt to face Uganda in warm up for World Cup playoff
Egypt to play Uganda on Monday in preparation for their upcoming clash against Ghana in an anticipated World Cup qualifying playoff

Egypt have arranged a friendly with Uganda in preparation for the first leg of their World Cup qualifying playoff against Ghana.
The Pharaohs were scheduled to play a friendly against Sierra Leone on 28 September, but the latter backed out due to security concerns.They will now host Uganda on Monday as an alternative.
"Uganda's delegation will arrive in Egypt on Monday morning," Egypt's goalkeeping coach Abdel-Fattah, who usually acts as a spokesman for the technical staff, said in a television interview on Sunday.
"We will play this game without Ahly's players and our foreign-based footballers, but it will be an important game for the team's technical staff as we are looking to prepare other players for Ghana's clash."
Ahly's players left Egypt's training camp to join up with their club ahead of the African Champions League semi-final first-leg against Coton Sport of Cameroon, which will be played on 5 October.
Ghana host Egypt in Kumasi on 15 in the first leg of the World Cup qualifying playoff. The return leg will take place in Cairo on 19 November.
