Egypt's El-Neny to miss Champions League clash against Chelsea
An injury will sideline the Egypt and Basel midfielder for up to 10 days, ruling him out of Wednesday's European Champions League clash against Chelsea

Basel midfielder Mohamed El-Neny will miss the Swiss club's opening Champions League group-stage clash against Chelsea due to an arm injury.
The Egyptian international, who also missed the Pharaohs' 4-2 victory over Guinea in their last Group G game of the World Cup qualifiers earlier this week, said on his Twitter account that the injury would rule him of action for between seven and 10 days.
Swiss champions Basel open their Group E campaign of Europe's elite club competition against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.
El-Neny has been a regular starter at Basel since penning a permanent four-year deal in the summer, having initially joined the club on loan from Egypt's Arab Contractors last season.
