Ahly's defender Abdel-Fadil doubtful for Bizertin game
Ahly defender is a major doubt for the game against Tunisian side Bizertin because of muscle problems

Ahly defender Sherif Abdel-Fadil suffered a muscle strain after Saturday's training for the game against Tunisian side Bizertin in the second leg of the CAF Champions League last 16.
"Abdel-Fadil complained from a muscle strain after the training session," read a statement on the club's official website.
"The player's chances of taking part in the game are still there," the statement added.
The African Champions League title holders Ahly could struggle to find a replacement for the injured defender in the game against Bizertin on Sunday.
"Rami Rabea and Ahmed Seddiq who can replace injured Abdel-Fadil are out of the game squad due to injuries," Ahly's official website concluded.
The 29-year-old defender Abdel-Fadil missed the Red Devils' game against Tunisia's CA Bizertin in the first leg of the CAF Champions league last 16 due to a groin injury two weeks ago .
The Cairo giants are favourites to reach the group stage when they host Tunisian side Bizertin after holding them to a goalless draw in a scrappy game last month.
