BREAKING: Protesters bring down police wall near Tahrir

Protesters brought down the wall on Kasr El-Ini Street off Tahrir Square in downtown Cairo on Thursday afternoon.
Earlier in the day, Egyptian riot police used tear gas with tens of protesters who tried to bring down the cement wall that bans protesters from reaching the Egyptian Parliament and Cabinet Council building.
Three policemen were injured and transferred to a nearby hospital as a result of the clashes with protesters, Ahram Arabic news website reported.
The wall was built in November 2012 during Cairo's downtown Mohamed Mahmoud's commomeration where clashes took place between Egypt's Central Security Forces (CSF) and protesters.
Around 47 peaceful protesters were killed in November 2012 during prolonged street clashes that erupted after Egypt's CSF violently dispersed a sit-in in Cairo's Tahrir Square.
