Second-tier Coca-Cola sprang a surprise in the Egypt Cup after defeating Premier League club El-Entag El-Harby 1-0 in the competition's round of 32 on Sunday. Hossam Abdel-Wahed converted a stoppage-time penalty to give Coca-Cola, who have never played in the Premier League, a famous win. Coca-Cola have become the second team in the lower division to qualify for the Egypt Cup round of 16 after Petrojet. Both sides will meet in the next round, with a second-division side now guaranteed a place in the last eight. Coca-Cola, who are owned by the Egyptian branch of the famous beverage company, were established in 2011. They currently lie seventh in their second-division group with 17 points, five behind the last promotion place. El-Entag made a poor start to their Premier League campaign as they lie third from bottom with nine points from 12 games.
