President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi congratulated Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni on his re-election, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said in a statement on Tuesday. In a letter, Sisi extended his best wishes to the re-elected president, noting that he looks forward to further cooperation to achieve the aspirations of the peoples of the two countries. He also wished the Ugandan people further development, progress, and prosperity.
