Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry discussed in a phone call Tuesday with his Croatian counterpart Gordan Grlić Radman means of advancing bilateral relations, as well as a number of issues and files of common interest. In the phone call initiated by Radman, the two ministers praised Egypt-Croatia relations, asserting the importance of continuing work on bolstering them in all fields of joint cooperation, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Hafez said. They also agreed on continuing bilateral coordination in international forums in a way that serves the interests of Cairo and Zagreb. During the phone call, Shoukry said Egypt attaches importance to fostering its economic and trade relations with Croatia, noting that he invited the Croatian side to boost investments in Egypt in light of the economic reforms taken by the government.
