Ahly striker Emad Meteb hopes he can hit the net when his team travels next week to Mali to take on Stade Malien in the CAF Champions League. "The game will be difficult as Stade Malien is not an easy opponent and will be targeting a good result at home," Meteb was quoted as saying by the club's official website on Saturday. "I will do my best to score in Mali. All the players are determined to win to continue our way towards the African title that's been eluding us since 2008," the 29-year-old hitman added. "The Malian club informed us that the match will be postponed for 24 hours. We will not change our prep programme for the match, and the team will travel Thursday," Abdel-Hafiz explained. El-Said illness is not fake The Red Devils midfielder Abdullah El-Said, will miss the game due to a cut in his leg muscle, but will join the training sessions in the coming few days confirms the club's doctor, Ihab Aly. "El-Said is close to finishing his rehab programme and will be ready to rejoin trainings within a few days. All of the reports that he is pretending to be sick are not true," Aly revealed. The six-time CAF African champions Champions League winners, Ahly, reached round of 16 after defeating Ethiopian Coffee 3-0 last week following a goalless draw in an away game.
