Market Update: Egypt stocks down 2.2 pct near Tuesday close

Egyptian stocks are yet again taking heavy losses, the benchmark EGX30 down 2.21 per cent at 5,107.9 points an hour before the close of Tuesday's session.
It's the third consecutive session of losses for the exchange, following the index's dip of nearly 1.5 per cent on Monday.
The broader EGX70 is down a yet-greater 2.84 per cent.
