The Confederation of African Football (CAF) said on Tuesday that the draw of the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations will take place in Alexandria on 3 October. Egypt will host the eight-team tournament from 8-22 November. Egypt, Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Mali, Nigeria, South Africa and Zambia have qualified for the tournament.
