Protesting referees demand that committee president be sacked for failing to protect his members

Tens of Egyptian referees staged a protest Sunday against the Egyptian Football Association (EFA).
The match officials demand that the Referees Committee president, Essam Siam, be relieved of his post because, according to the referees, "he allows the FA to interfere in the committee" and “he is not able to defend their rights.” They also asked for their outstanding benefits.
