A last-minute goal from Ghanaian striker Samuel Affum sealed a crucial 2-1 win for Smouha against title contenders Ismaily on Monday in Alexandria. Ahmed Ali put the visitors ahead in the 18th minute but Affum netted twice in the second half on 53 and 93 minutes. The Alexandrian-based side moved up to 15th place with 10 points after 12 games while Ismaily remain fifth with 20 points, eight behind leaders Haras El-Hodoud. In Cairo, Arab Contractors hammered newly-promoted side Dakhleya on a 4-1 home victory. Mohamed Salah's brace 52 and 72 and goals from Hamada Al-Sayed 49 and Alaa Kamal 67 sealed an easy victory for the hosts while Ahmed Temsah scored Dakhleya's consolation goal in the 40th minute. Arab Contractors who have 10 points are now 15th courtesy to their goal difference while Dakhleya are lying at the bottom of the 19-team table with only five points.
