Egypt's squash star and world number 5 Amr Shabana defeated France's Gregory Gaultier to clinch the World Series title on Sunday. The four-time World champion beat the Frenchman 3-2 (6/11, 12/10, 11/7, 7/11, 11/8) to obtain the first England-based tournament in his career. The 32-year old, Shabana, reached the final after thrashing Englishman and world number one James Willstrop 2-0 in the semi-final on Saturday.
