We will continue with attacking strategy, aiming to win all games: Zamalek coach
Published in Ahram Online on 10 - 09 - 2017

Zamalek's new Montenegrin coach Nebojša Jovović told journalists on Saturday that his team will continue to apply "attacking" tactics in search of victory, following the club's 1-1 draw against El-Entag El-Harby, in Zamalek's first match of the Egyptian Premier League season.
At the post-match press conference, Jovović thanked his players for the "good game", despite their failure to start the season with a win, while calling for better finishing in the attack.
"All our attacks were tough, but we lacked the finishing touch. I thank the players, but I am totally unsatisfied with the result," the 43-year-old coach said.
"There will be no excuses for the players in the future. We will keep applying the attacking tactics in all our upcoming games and we are aiming to win every game," the former Al-Faisaly coach said.
Having finished last season without a trophy, the popular Cairo-based club has promised to take various steps to return to winning form, including signing Jovović and many new players.
"The performance will be better in the next games. We are waiting for the harmony to happen between the new team members," said Zamalek president Mortada Mansour.
Zamalek has had 15 coaches since the election of Mansour as club president in 2014, including Mido, Hossam Hassan, Portuguese Jesualdo Ferreira and Scotsman Alex McLeish.
Jovovic caught the attention of Zamalek when he helped Jordan's Al-Faisaly to reach the Arab Championship final earlier this month, with a remarkable campaign that saw his side defeat Egypt's famed club Ahly twice.
