Milutin 'Micho' Sredojevic's fate as Uganda coach remains in doubt after the Serbian coach expressed his displeasure over his unpaid wages. Micho, who took of the Cranes in 2013, said that he is owed more than $60,000. He also hinted he could leave the team should the Uganda football federation fail to fulfill their financial obligations towards him. The Serbian coach met with the Uganda FA members on Monday to find a solution for the matter. "We have been in a meeting with the FA president Moses Magogo and some of his members, and they agreed that I have not been paid $64,000 in salary and bonuses," Micho told KweséESPN on Tuesday. "We decided that the matter will now be handled by my agent Ivica Stankovic." Micho's crisis comes little more than one month ahead of Uganda's crucial double-header against Egypt in the World Cup qualifiers Uganda are second in Group E with four points, two behind leaders Egypt after two matches. Micho led Uganda to a place at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations for the first time in 28 years. They were eliminated from the tournament's group stage after finishing fourth in a group that included Egypt, who eventually lost to Cameroon in the final.
