Goalkeeper trainer Abdel-Fattah eager to assist American Bradley in Egypt job
Bradley is expected to arrive on Wednesday to watch the forthcoming Niger game and the Egypt Cup final, as negotiations regarding Abdel-Fattah's salary continue

Bob Bradley, Egypt's newly appointed national team manager, will arrive in Cairo on Wednesday to begin his duties.
The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) announced ten days ago that the former US national team coach will succeed Egyptian Hassan Shehata in leading the national team until the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil for 360 thousand euros per year.
Bradley's long-time goalkeeper trainer, Egyptian Zaki Abdel-Fattah, has not as yet been officially named to the Pharaohs' post due to ongoing salary negotiations.
“The association hasn't invited me yet. I am currently waiting for the official announcement of the technical staff,” Abdel-Fattah told Ahram Online.
The assistant coaches are expected to be named next week .Egypt's Under-20 manager, Diaa El-Sayed, is the favoured candidate for the post of general trainer.
“Bradley will watch Egypt's last African match against Niger on 8 October,” the former US goalkeeper trainer stated.
After the resignation of Hassan Shehata, following Egypt's disqualification from the 2012 African Cup of Nations, the Olympic squad, under the helm of Hany Ramzy, will represent the Pharaohs in the two remaining 2012 London Olympic qualifiers. They were defeated by Sierra Leone 2-1 last month.
“Bradley will also keep a close eye on the Egypt Cup final,” Abdel-Fattah insisted.
The final will be held on 11 October between a new-fangled Zamalek side, led by Hassan Shehata, and Petroleum club ENPPI who eliminated league champions Ahly in round 16.
The former Chicago Fire and the New York/New Jersey MetroStars (currently known as the New York Red Bulls) manager, Bradley will lead the three-successive-time African Cup of Nations Champions next November in a friendly against Brazil in Doha.
