The minister of culture Emad Abou Ghazi has appointed Kamilia Sobhy Abdel Nour, a professor at the French language department at the Ain Shams University, as the Chairman of the Central Administration of the Popular and the Cultural Committees at the Supreme Council of Culture for a year. The minister has also appointed Shaker Abdel Hameed, professor at the Arts Academy, as the General Secretary of the Supreme Council of Culture after Ezzedine Choukri's resignation.
