Egypt's Mohamed Salah ended a seven-match goal drought in the Italian Serie A after giving AS Roma an early lead against Sassuolo on Tuesday. The 23-year-old curled a superb left-foot shot home from the edge of the area to put Roma ahead after 11 minutes. It is his first goal since he scored in Roma's 2-1 victory over former club Fiorentina, where he spent the second half of last season on loan, in October. Salah has scored six Serie A goals and one UEFA Champions League goal so far this season. More details to follow after the match.
