Zamalek deserved to win Petrojet game, says coach

Zamalek coach Jesualdo Ferreira is disappointed with his team's 1-1 draw with Petrojet in the Egyptian Premier League on Saturday, believing his team deserved to win.
The Cairo giants were held to 1-1 draw with Petrojet in the 35th matchday of the Egyptian Premier League on Saturday to maintain their top position in the table.
"Zamalek's players failed to take easy chances and they lost an easy win against Petrojet," coach Ferreira told the post-game press conference.
"We will work to repair the players' mistakes in the coming games as we are competing to win the title this season," he added.
The Whites are leading the Egyptian Premier League table with 74 points, nine points over their arch-rivals Ahly.
