AS Roma's Ivorian winger Gervinho might not play further part this season after picking up a hamstring injury, the club said on Tuesday. The international winger sustained the injury during Roma's 2-1 defeat by AC Milan in a Serie A game last weekend. "Gervinho underwent tests this morning which revealed he has a first degree strain to his hamstring," the club said on their official website on Tuesday "The Ivorian has already begun treatment." With three weeks remaining in the Serie A calendar, it is unlikely that Gervinho will return to action this season as such injury needs several weeks of treatment. The former Arsenal winger scored two goals in 24 appearances with Roma this season.
