Morsi incitement trial adjourned to Sunday
The trial of Mohamed Morsi, where the ousted president faces charges of inciting violence, has been postponed for one day to allow the court to listen to additional eyewitness testimonies

The trial of former president Mohamed Morsi and 14 senior members of his Muslim Brotherhood group has been adjourned to Sunday to allow additional eyewitness testimonies to be heard, reported the Al-Ahram Arabic website.
The defendants are accused of inciting the killing of protesters during clashes outside the Ittihadiya presidential palace in December 2012.
At least ten people were killed during clashes outside the presidential palace in December 2012. The protests were triggered by a decree by Morsi that placed his decisions above judicial review.
Morsi, who was removed from power by the army in July 2013 amid nationwide protests against his rule, also faces a number of other trials, including espionage and breaking out of prison during the January 2011 uprising.
