Egyptian ambassador to the United States Sameh Shoukry today said that the embassy decided to extend its working hours until midnight, Washington time, to continue receiving Egyptian ballots. “Over 500 Egyptian citizens from the United States cast ballots in the second round of elections,” Shoukry reported. “Around 350 people sent their votes via post and another 150 came to vote in the embassy,” he said.
